Booking

Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so your session can begin smoothly.
Location & Parking
Our clinic is located at the far-right bottom corner of the plaza. Free on-site parking is available directly in front of the clinic.
Policies & Insurance

Insurance Coverage
Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for Osteopathic Manual Therapy services. As coverage varies between providers and individual policies, we encourage patients to contact their insurance company directly to confirm their eligibility and reimbursement details prior to their appointment.
While we are happy to provide receipts and any required documentation, patients are responsible for verifying their own insurance coverage. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your health and wellness journey.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This policy allows us the opportunity to offer appointment times to other patients who may be waiting for care.
